Bob Virgulak, Founder and President of Home Gyms LLC ,
has designed, and installed fitness facilities in homes
and business covering Fairfield, and Westchester Counties.
Bob and his staff combined have over 50 years experience in the health and fitness industry, including equipment sales, personal training, and rehabilitation.

These gyms are being installed in homes and businesses that range from 3000sq. ft. to 75000sq. ft. and therefore the gyms could range from 300 sq. ft. to as large as 3000 sq. ft.  Depending on the client’s needs and  goals, Bob usually recommends the following configuration;

A high-end multi-station home gym, (i.e. Vectra, Lifefitness, Precor, Hammer Strength, Nautilus, and Cybex),smith machine and or cable crossover, upright and recumbent bikes,
Treadmills, Elliptical cross-trainers a full set of dumbbells and
an accompanying rack, with utilty benches.

Other items may include;
Power racks,  Abdominal machines  Calf Equipment,
and various other types of benches and bars.
